Borrow Up To 75% Of The Market Value Of Your Precious Metals

Borrower

Pledges $500,000 of physical gold or silver
Borrows up to 75% of the metal’s value (i.e. $375,000)
Pays interest up front and principal at the end of the term

Investor

Invests in a PMBSN for $375,000
Protected by physical metal, margin calls and repurchase agreement
Collects interest upfront and principal at the end of the term

SWP Capital & SWP

Custodies the physical gold and silver
Collects the principal and interest and pays the Investor
Manages the loan, margin calls, and liquidation if necessary
